International delivery typically takes 14–21 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times may be longer during festive periods, so we kindly encourage you to place an order only if you’re comfortable with the lead time.

To avoid processing errors, please ensure your shipping address is entered using English characters only.

Each order is packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once it’s on its way, local delivery typically takes another 1–3 business days.

Not right now, but we’ve kept it simple — free shipping on Singapore orders above $100, and a flat $5 rate for local orders below that.

International shipping ranges from $11 – $60, depending on your country. We also put extra care into our packaging to make unboxing a little joy in itself.

Due to hygiene reasons, all accessories are final sale. However, if your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us at hello@ezie.me within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue in its original packaging or upon first inspection.

A product is considered defective only if it arrives with a clear functional fault that affects its basic ability to open and close. This includes:

• Hinges that cannot open or close properly
• Claws that cannot stay shut at all
• Cracks, chips, or physical damage upon arrival
• Incorrect item or colour received

Because each claw is made from acetate and assembled by hand, natural variations are not considered defects. These include:

• Slight differences in grip strength between claws
• Minor pattern, swirl, or colour variations
• Subtle tooth alignment differences that do not affect basic use
• Typical acetate characteristics such as light ripples or internal texture

If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please email us at hello@ezie.me with clear photos or videos taken at the point of unboxing or upon first inspection, and do so within 7 days of delivery.
We’re unable to assess defect claims for items that have been regularly worn or show signs of extended use.

Our claws are made from cellulose acetate — a premium, plant-based material derived from natural fibers like cotton and wood pulp. Unlike plastic, acetate has a richer depth of color and a beautiful, almost glassy translucence. It’s strong yet flexible, which means a more comfortable grip and less breakage over time.

Each claw is individually cut, shaped, and hand-polished, giving it a smooth finish and sculptural feel. No two pieces are exactly the same — that’s the charm of slow-crafted acetate.

For thick hair girlies,
Grande Omi is great for full updos, while Regular Omi, Lino, Bisca, and Letto are perfect for half-up styles.

For medium to fine hair girlies,
All our claws are suitable.

To keep your claw in its best shape, avoid dropping it or leaving it in hot places (such as inside a car). Wipe clean with a soft cloth when needed.

Please also note that while our claws are designed to pair with the Loopi Ring, they’re not meant to stay attached permanently. Avoid leaving your hair claw on the Loopi Ring for extended periods of time.

Not always! Due to the nature of acetate, each claw may have slight variations in pattern and color — we think it adds to the charm.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted in our factory in China, where we work closely with our production partners to ensure quality and consistency.
